I would recommend TeamUp for other Pilates studios, as it takes the programming and the administration of payments, signing up to courses, taking payments, ticking people off if they've come.

They gave me the features that I needed and TeamUp and really met my needs and my budget. It helps my clients to be able to book themselves online.

TeamUp came up as the one option that seemed to look really fresh, clean, easy to use from our side. We are not technical people, so it was really easy to manage and really sort of consumer-friendly as well and sort of really important for us was support, obviously. So we changed over to TeamUp.

And I've never looked back, really, because it's been really helpful in terms of automating processes. And admin on my side is quite light now. It peaks, you know, before the beginning of a new block of classes as a bit of admin to be done there. But in the long run, it really saves me time and effort to use TeamUp.

And what I also love about it is if you have an idea or something that there's not on or hasn't been available before in the system, then the developers are willing to listen to you and add that which I've noticed over the years that a lot of features on that weren't there, to begin with. I think TeamUp is great because it grows with the company. We started off really small, you know, just an online platform where people can exercise and do Pilates but then eventually we grew and TeamUp really accommodated what we needed with the multiple locations.

Karen, one of my fabulous Pilates teacher friends and my mentor when I was a student, had been talking to me about TeamUp probably for about a year before I finally took the step into it. I really wish I had done it a lot sooner.

But also as a business owner, I didn't have a drop in income overnight because we didn't have these systems in place. So I think that has been really reassuring, a big boost in confidence and has allowed us to survive in this period.
